My goal is to make clients feel informed, supported, and empowered as they navigate transition and other challenging experiences at work.

I began my career in the private sector as a corporate attorney, developing skills as a litigator in a variety of business and commercial matters.

While I greatly valued the skillset and experience I acquired, I grew eager to do more impactful and meaningful work and eventually moved into a role as Senior Staff Attorney at Equal Rights Advocates (ERA), a national non-profit legal organization dedicated to advancing gender justice and expanding opportunities for women and girls in education and employment.

I then became a Deputy County Counsel in the San Mateo County Counsel’s Office. There, I provided legal representation and advice to the County's departments, agencies, boards and commissions on labor and employment issues, affordable housing transactions, homelessness and pandemic recovery initiatives and other public law matters.

Today, I leverage my breadth of experience in litigation, civil rights employment law and public law in advising and representing individual employees when they face tough challenges at work.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

I am committed to being available, providing support, and working toward the best possible outcome for your case. I promise to guide you through tough situations with competence and compassion, and put your well-being at the core of every solution.
